Angela Collier Shields was born in Florence, Alabama in 1967. Angela attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham on a golf scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in History. Ms. Shields graduated cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1999. She was selected as a member of Curia Honoris in April 2000.

Prior to joining Kee Law Firm, LLC, Ms. Shields practiced law with Porterfield, Harper & Mills, P.A. where she was involved in litigation involving wrongful death, bad faith, insurance coverage issues, fraud, contract disputes, general negligence, professional liability, worker's compensation and premises liability.

Ms. Shields practices primarily in the area of construction litigation and has been involved in hundreds of cases representing residential homebuilders and commercial construction companies. Angela has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for construction law.

Ms. Shields is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama, the United States District Courts of the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Shields has a daughter who is a junior at Auburn University and is a member of Church of the Highlands.
